• This 4 post lif adopts motor driven mode and mobile supportion roller elevation.The Machine is composed of under carrage, upright post, reduction drive, lead screw nut,bracket, fork support, supporting fork, electromagnetic clutch and electric control Cabinet,etc

• The steel safety nut is set under the working screw nut(see operation nut safety mechanism diagram).When the operation nut is broken suddenly due to wear or other reasons, the safety nut under the operation nut will hold up it. With the steel ball rolling device, when the operation nut breaks down and falls on the safety nut, the operation nut and elevating screw nut body will run idle with the play of steel ball doesn’t go up and down to give a safety lock and keep the lead screw free from damage

• At both the upper end and lower end of each upright post is set the lifting stroke stop device to ensure the automatic stop of the over travel when running.

• The electromagnetic clutch is installed on the top of the motor shaft of the speed reducer to ensure the quick braking when the lifter shuts down in the rising or descending of the lifter.
